Release & Renew: A Breathwork Journey to Welcome the New Year (Elora)
With the energy of December peeking around the corner, how are you feeling about this past year? What are you ready to release and what might you like to bring into this year ahead? If you’d like to set aside some time to feel and breathe into this, we’ve created a perfect experience for you!
Join us fireside at The Pillars Elora December 27th for an intimate gathering and ritual to honour the completion of the current year and welcome a New Year tuned into your heart space.
In this New Year's themed Breathwork Journey we will release the energies of the past year and create space for new heart-aligned intentions.
This immersive experience by candlelight will begin with an opening circle fireside at The Pillars Elora, with a warm cup of tea and some guided journaling, allowing you to reflect on your journey, celebrate your growth, and identify any burdens you'd like to let go. We will then settle in at the gorgeous candlelit Gallery of the Elora Centre for the Arts for the remainder of the evening. As we transition into a dynamic breathing journey of conscious connected breathwork, you'll be gently guided to connect with your breath, release what no longer serves you, creating a safe and nurturing space to explore and tune into your heart's deepest desires for the year ahead.
We will close our time together by sitting in community, offering those who feel called to the opportunity to share insights, intentions, or personal reflections.
Together, we'll cultivate a sense of renewal and embrace the potential of the New Year with clarity and purpose.

Guided by an experienced and certified facilitator, this is an opportunity to connect with your own inner healer and essence, open up to your inner wisdom, while allowing for profound release, restoration and receiving.
Breathwork is a powerful self-healing modality that uses a circular breathing pattern to access expanded states of consciousness, unlock repressed emotions and clear stagnant energy from the mind, body and spirit.

Flow:
After a warm welcome and introductions, we will set the scene for what you can expect on your breathwork journey. After some time to feel into an intention for yourself, you will be led through a phase of delicious settling into the body and breath, and relaxation. You will then be guided gently into the conscious connected pattern of breathing for 20-30 minutes, followed by a period of deep release, integration, and embodied expansion. Powerful music and guidance lay the foundation for this cathartic and empowering session. There will be time for journalling and sharing (for those that feel called to share) as we bring our time together to a close. Our highest intention is to create a sacred and safe container for your experience.
