Who Am I?
I am a Professional Breathwork Practitioner, facilitator, teacher, speaker and embodiment coach. For decades, I lived in a state of chronic stress, easily overwhelmed and cycling through burnouts without the tools to effectively release or manage my stress. After being introduced to conscious breathing (aka. Breathwork), I found the doorway to access more ease, resilience, and thriving.
I believe that giving people the tools for self-regulation goes beyond individual wellbeing. It increases emotional intelligence key to impactful leadership, ups our cognitive and creative game and performance, and creates deeper capacity for navigating change steeped in resourcefulness.
