After walking the path from chronic burnout to embodied ease, I discovered that rest isn't just recovery.

It's the doorway back to yourself. Now I support compassionate, hardworking women to reclaim their energy, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and create more easeful lives through rest coaching, breathwork, and nervous system support.
