Reconnect to your conscious breathing as a powerful medicine for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

  • Moves us out of cycles of anxiety, worry and overwhelm

  • Supports relaxation, calm and concentration

  • Managing fatigue, insomnia and energy levels

  • Supports access to space of inner peace, presence and stillness

  • Prevents burnout

All levels welcome - including those new to Breathwork!

What to expect:

  • Your camera can be off 😊 and there’s no expectation for you to speak/share (unless you feel like it).

  • It’s your choice to experience this guided practice from a seated position, or lie down and get all cozy as I guide you through a deeply relaxing experience.
