I’m so happy you’re here…
I’m a trauma informed breathwork facilitator, teacher, speaker and embodiment coach who’s walked a long and winding path of healing from chronic burnout and finding myself again. I may also be known for my hearty laugh, being an over-the-top doggie momma, and a globe-trotting adventure seeker.
By reconnecting to my breath and body (ie. breathwork + embodiment), I’ve found the vehicles to reclaim a felt sense of freedom, safety, inner peace, self-connection and joy within.
Through breathwork and coaching + nervous system regulation techniques, I guide you on the journey of feeling less stuck in the stress of your mind to feeling more liberated and grounded in your body.
When we restore this essential connection and deepen our relationship with our bodies and breath, we come into deeper alignment with our innate wholeness, others, nature and spirit. We unlock our inner power and create the conditions for true presence, resilience and thriving.
My Mission & Approach
I want everyone to have access to the tools for living from an empowered and free place within. Despite the craziness of today’s modern world, I believe that we’re all meant to live with MORE ease, flow and joy! To me, this begins with reconnecting to our body and breath so we can lead from regulated nervous systems.
I use a powerful combination of full-spectrum breathwork, movement, embodiment coaching, nervous system regulation and body-centered practices to support you in finding your resilient and vibrant self again!
I believe that healing and the most meaningful changes happen from the inside out. We hold the wisdom and inner resources to heal ourselves within. I’m here to guide you to tap into these innate and powerful healing resources.
I come to my work with a compassionate and intuitive approach grounded in the wisdom of my own challenges, professional training and the latest trauma-informed science.
You will come out on the other side with easy, effective and personalized practices you’ll be able to seamlessly carry into your days, a strong connection to your inner resources, groundedness in your body, and intuition so that you can feel like your most empowered and whole self.

“Breathwork” is an umbrella term for various types of conscious breathing practices that can be integrated in every aspect of life. Throughout history, and across ancient civilizations, great healers have discovered the power of conscious breathing to enhance physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
What was once secret and sacred, breathwork is now a modern science and inner experience that is quickly becoming mainstream, and available to everyone.
As a breathwork practitioner, I use a variety of tools that fall in one of 3 categories: simple breath Awareness tools, practical Self-Regulation techniques, and a Transformative breathwork style called conscious connected breathing (CCB). This powerful style of breathwork supports personal and spiritual transformation.

We cannot talk about Breathwork without talking about the energy constantly moving throughout our nervous system. In today’s modern society it’s so common to feel stress and anxiety, we’re caught up in our brain and thinking mind most of the time, disconnected from our physical, spiritual and emotional self, and often unable to truly let go and relax. What ancient traditions knew, science is now catching up to. Heaps of studies are revealing that by changing patterns of breathing, we are able to restore balance to these stress response systems (our nervous system), calm an agitated mind, find emotional balance, improve physical health and endurance, and improve relationships. The power of Breathwork lies in its simplicity, accessibility and relevance in today’s fast-paced world.
